About AURA GRECA Products

Our products are proudly crafted in Greece, inspired by Mediterranean skincare traditions and formulated with high-quality, natural ingredients.

No, Aura Greca is proudly cruelty-free. We never test our products on animals, in line with EU regulations that have banned animal testing on cosmetic products since 2004.

AURA GRECA products contain organic olive oil and organic aloe vera, two of nature’s most nourishing ingredients. While the term "organic" in skincare can be complex—since formulations require essential stabilizers and preservatives to ensure safety and efficacy—we prioritize natural, skin-loving ingredients that respect both your skin and the environment.

Our products are crafted with high-quality, skin-loving ingredients, but we always recommend consulting your doctor before using any new skincare products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

All AURA GRECA products are filled by weight, not volume, ensuring you receive the exact amount stated on the label. Some packaging may appear less full due to the design, but rest assured, the product inside meets the regulated quantity (Estimated Symbol ‘e’) and follows EU standards.
Always check the weight on the label—it’s what truly matters!

You'll find a small open jar icon on the packaging with a number inside—it indicates how many months the product stays fresh after opening. For best results, store in a cool, dry place and use within the recommended timeframe.

Although allergic reactions to AURA GRECA products are rare, they can happen as everyone's skin reacts differently. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately.
When trying a new skincare product, the best practice is to do a patch test first. To do this, apply a small amount of the product to the inside of your elbow or behind your ear and wait 24 hours. If you notice any redness, itching, or discomfort, it’s best not to use the product.
If you have a known sensitivity to certain ingredients, we recommend checking the full ingredient list before use.

Orders & Shipping

You can easily check your order status and view your order history by logging into your account and visiting the Order Status page. If you placed your order as a guest, you can track it using the tracking link in your confirmation email.

If your order has not yet been scheduled for shipping, we can modify or cancel it—just reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. However, if the order has already been scheduled for shipping, changes become difficult. While we can cancel the shipment, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs charged by the courier.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package’s journey. If you have an account, you can also track your order in the Order History section.

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your details and payment information, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

To log in, simply enter your email, and we’ll send you a one-time code—no password required! This secure and hassle-free process makes it quick and easy to access your account whenever you need.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to confirm your order details.

We currently ship to Europe, Australia, Asia, and the United States. In rare cases where shipping costs to your address are exceptionally high, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If you choose to pay with a credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay, your payment will be processed immediately at checkout. If you opt for bank transfer, your order will be confirmed once the payment is received. Please ensure the transfer is made promptly to avoid delays in processing your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product.
• If you change your mind, the return shipping cost is covered by you.
• If we made a mistake with your order or you received a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Credit card payments: The refund may take a few additional days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
• PayPal payments: The refund is processed immediately after approval, and you will receive a notification.
If you have any concerns about your refund status, feel free to contact our customer service team.

If you purchased an AURA GRECA product from a retailer or third-party website, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges, as their policies may vary.
If the retailer is unable to assist you, feel free to reach out to our customer care team—we’ll do our best to help.
Please note that we cannot guarantee returns or refunds for purchases made through unauthorized sellers.

Orders placed on our official website cannot be returned in-store. To request a return, email us at with:

Greca GLOWards

Greca GLOWards is our loyalty program where you can earn points on purchases, referrals, and special activities and redeem them for discounts on future orders.

You must add your birthday to your rewards account at least 30 days in advance to receive your 200 points.

You can earn points in multiple ways:

  • Place an order → Earn 5 points for every €1 spent
  • Celebrate your birthday → Earn 200 points (birthday must be added 30 days in advance)
  • Refer a friend → You and your friend both get a €5 discount when they make their first order

Log into your Greca GLOWards
account to check your current balance.

You can redeem your points for discounts on your orders. Here’s how:

  • 500 points = €5 discount
  • 1,000 points = €10 discount (max per order)

Unfortunately, points cannot be added retroactively for past orders.

  • Log into your Greca GLOWards account.
  • Go to the "Ways to Redeem" section.
  • Select the discount amount you’d like to use.
  • A discount code will be generated—apply it at checkout.

Good to know:

  • Points apply to the entire order (not just a specific collection).
  • No minimum purchase amount is required.
  • You can combine rewards with order and product discounts, but not shipping discounts.

Important: Once your account is deleted, all points and purchase history will be lost permanently. Our team will notify you once the deactivation is complete.

Referral Program – Invite a Friend

Share your Greca GLOWards referral link with friends, and both of you get rewarded!

Find your referral link in your Rewards account and share it via email or social media.

Yes! You can refer as many friends as you like.
For each successful referral, you’ll receive a €5 discount when they place their first order.

You can find your referral link by:

  • Logging into your Greca GLOWards
    account.
  • Going to the "Refer Your Friends" section.
  • Copying and sharing your unique referral link via Facebook, email, or direct link.

No, the referral reward is only valid for new customers placing their first order.

When your friend clicks your referral link, they will be asked to enter their email to claim their €5 off coupon.
They’ll receive an email with a discount code, which they can apply at checkout.

Once your friend places their first order, you’ll receive an email confirmation that they used your referral, and you’ve earned your €5 reward.

As soon as your friend places their first order, your €5 discount code will be sent to you via email.
You can also find it in your Rewards account under "Your Activity."
